# Checklists

Create checklists, choose how each item completes, and read completion analytics.

Under **Checklists**:

* **New Checklist**, then add items. For each item choose how it completes: Manual, Tour, Page Visit, Custom Event or API. The full list is in [Onboarding checklists](/docs/getting-started/checklists).
* **URL Pattern** limits the checklist to some pages; empty means everywhere.
* **Hide when completed** removes the checklist once every item is done.
* **Completion Analytics** shows how many users completed each item, as a step funnel.

For Page Visit items you can pick from the pages GuideMark has discovered on your site (hidden pages are listed separately), or type a path.
