GuideMark services run on infrastructure hosted in Germany, EU.
We store and process information of our clients (customers purchasing GuideMark for their digital products) and their end-users (users of digital products provided by clients).
End-user information is stored and processed in German data centers. The sole purpose is to provide services to our clients.
Zero-Knowledge Design
To be the most secure, GDPR-compliant product tour platform, GuideMark does not proactively collect, process, or store information about your end users nor about your website. Our zero-knowledge design ensures the service can run fully anonymously.
What this means for you:
- We do not build customer profiles or track metadata about end-users
- We do not store unnecessary information in cookies unless you explicitly request it
- We never share or sell end-user information with any third party
- You have full control over any data you choose to share with us
