No End-User Tracking
GuideMark does not proactively track information about end users or about your website. We minimize data collection using our Data-minimisation design approach.
EU Data Processing
End-user information is stored and processed in the EU, in Ireland, under European data protection law. The few services outside the EU are listed in our privacy policy, with the safeguard for each transfer.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell or share your users' data. The providers that help run GuideMark process it only on our instructions, under data processing agreements.

EU-Based Infrastructure
GuideMark's database and servers run in Dublin, Ireland, in the EU.
We store and process information of our clients (customers purchasing GuideMark for their digital products) and their end-users (users of digital products provided by clients).
End-user information is stored and processed in data centers in Ireland. The sole purpose is to provide services to our clients.
Data-Minimisation Design
To be the most secure, GDPR-compliant product tour platform, GuideMark collects only the end-user data that guidance and diagnostics need: tour and checklist progress, and interaction signals such as rage and dead clicks. Form inputs are masked in the browser before any screenshot leaves it.
What this means for you:
- We do not build customer profiles or track metadata about end-users
- We do not store unnecessary information in cookies unless you explicitly request it
- We never share or sell end-user information with any third party
- You have full control over any data you choose to share with us
Processing unnecessary information represents a liability for us and risk for our clients. By default, we prefer to design our features with a data-minimisation approach, achieving business objectives while minimizing data exposure.
